Sure, no problem.
I think @Bearlegged is nearby to @Eejit, but there are a few people in the queue now. Let's see who's keen once @Bearlegged is finished? -
Nice one @Eejit.
I'm no suspension expert so I found the process really useful as a quickish lesson in which knob does what, and where to begin with pressure adjustments.
Certainly gives you a good starting point and some idea of where to go from there, and perhaps the confidence to try something which feels quite different.Hope you also find it useful @Bearlegged.

When I looked for this spec a few years ago I found these two, both a little longer than your 397 but might work:
Out of stock at Kinesis but might find one elsewhere?

I love this bike, it was my first proper racing bike and was later converted to a TT set up. I have not ridden it for several years and need the space in my garage.
It's pretty old, I guess coming up for 20 years. I think I bought it in around 2005 😬. It's hit the ground a few times but never been crashed into anything. The frame is scratched in places, I think the carbon seatstays and the alloy/carbon interfaces look OK.
It's got a virtual top tube length of approx 53cm. It fits me at 174cm and also my partner who is 168cm. The bike is set with her saddle height in the pics.
10s Campag (the pinnacle of all indexed shifting, its been downhill from here), a classic Dura Ace chainset and some Dia Compe brakes. Pro aerobar with Bontrager brake levers.
You can have it without wheels for £150, or with these Hope/Open Pros/GP5000s for £200.
It's cheap cos it's old, I've had more than my money's worth over the years. I'd like to think someone might buy this and have a go at time trialling next year....if you're really skint but really keen to try TTing...talk to me.
Collection from Crystal Palace please.

List time:
@Eejit@monkdagola / @Amir_Atbak / @TotalShanner
I'm happy to coordinate, and if everyone covers the delivery to the next person then perhaps there's no need for PayPal etc.
@Eejit has reimbursement me for the first postage, thanks!

I found that as well as all the Sram/Quark stuff online, the rental websites like this one had good info on set up and getting the most from it.

I'm happy to post it out and then the first person can send it to the next, and so on? I think there's no point it shuttling back and forth to me.
@Eejit, @TotalShanner, does one of you want it first? I've also got @Amir_Atbak and @monkdagola on the list but they want to wait a bit. -

Sure, no problem. UK based?
@monkdagola was also interested, maybe you can post it to them when you're done?
Send me a PM!Sam
Just the small shoes to go.
