Bought these Gevenalle CX shifters off the forum earlier this year for £40 collected but don’t have use for them at the moment. Yours for £40 plus £5 postage. They’re new! 1x10sp shimano road compatible. Comes with a shift cable and instructions. I love Gevenalle, have the 2x11sp ones on my road bike and can’t fault them.

Engin seat clamp, made in ‘Philly’. I didn’t realise my bike needed a 30mm clamp, and this one is 33.1. Again, new and unused. I paid £30 for it so you can have it for that price including UK postage.

I find these £39 ones from Service Works do the job. Need to roll up the DS ankle though as they're quite baggy.

Yeh, no doubt. I suspect out of the ten who go for this:

1. two may forget or mess up the initial post-purchase registration;
   
2. four may not diarise the future date (or perhaps diarise it then change phones during that time);
   
3. three may just move on in life; and
   
4. the one remaining may well be successful in getting 80% of their initial outlay back (if the company is still trading)!

No, it’s entirely up to you whether to acknowledge and return or not. 9/10 times the recipient doesn’t bother (at least in the context of security notices served on large corporate tenants, but the principle is the same).

It was the full-on three hour 'Be.Ahead' assessment. Prostate and balls check was optional, didn't choose it this time around but will do as I approach my 40s. They don't check Vit D as standard through bloods (apparently everyone in the UK ought to assume they're deficient according to the GP) so I opted for that and unsurprisingly was found to be lacking so currently on week 5 of 7 of a 50,000 IU loading dose.

I went to a BUPA one through work recently, it was fascinating and definately worthwhile, never had one before.

That rear mudguard setup is much more appealing (and way more effective no doubt)!
