Considering how conservative Shimano are, I would guess the 2x 512o (or 4120?) derailleur would probably shift @M_V set up fine. The new Cues RD-U6020-10 would probably also get you there.

That's an ambitious range you're asking for. Pretty sure 5130 is meant to be 1x with 32T capacity - you're asking for much more with a 2x set-up. It's probably fine as long as you're riding it and don't shift into big/big by accident.
