Massively unfit but kind of ok with my weight. Probably need to replace fat with muscle, and maybe get down to 80 kg as a goal.

I am quite pleased to be ending the year on 84.5kg. had drifted upto 87.5 earlier in the year. Peak was 95kg in January 2022. Might try and get down to 80kg, but I really need to focus on muscle gainz as a priority.
