** EDIT - all moved to eBay **
... continued ...
-6. unused Stronglight 24 tooth chainring; BCD 74; this is also very, very ancient but is still in the original pack ... apparently it was on sale ...
-7. pump holder frame clip; needs small zip ties to attach to frame; about 9cm long; holds a pump round 23-26mm in diameter
-8. used Shimano 7-speed HG-41 cassette; 11-28; have given it a bit of a clean and it appears in reasonable nick; includes spacer and lockring
-9. used Shimano 9-speed HG cassette; 11-28; also had a bit of a clean and seems not too bad; also includes lockring

Having a bit of a clear out, have the following bits and bobs, all free if you can collect from Barnes or reasonably nearby:
Fairly crap plastic platform pedals, though they do have reflectors! Cannot imagine where they came from - a kids bike maybe?
GONE pair of black, foam grips, clamp on; approx 132mm in length; outer diameter approx. 32mm; again provenance unknown - GONE
GONE pair of purple X-Lite bar ends; approx 110mm centre to bend; then 55mm bend to end; you will not be surprised to learn they came off my 90s Dave Yates MTB. They are purple! - GONE
BTR top tube bag; about 20cm x 10cm x 7cm; good condition, only used a couple of times; has LOTS of straps
expandable Blackburn saddle bag; older than Noah; still in decent nick; approx 20cm x 13cm at widest

I agree it does seem a bit of a weird variation for an El Primero. Its this one. An earlier version of which I noticed in a read back through the thread got a kicking a few pages ago ... LoL. I love it, probably my favourite watch and definitely would be the last to go.
Best not get started on date windows ... I don't mind a date but I absolutely detest contrasting date wheels, especially in an otherwise single colour dial. If its a panda dial or similar I can sort of understand it, but a black dial with a white date wheel just grates.

Signed up here just because of this thread, in order to share this my 1990s Dave Yates Diablo. Originally sold as a Pearson, I bought it secondhand in 1995 or thereabouts. Since then the frame has been back to Dave twice for some mods and repainting; last time I had him convert the Pace RC30 forks to Aheadset fitting. Little remains of the original I bought beyond the frame and forks, think the XT cranks are as I bought it, but now runs V-brakes with XTR RapidFire+, XT rear mech; LX front; pretty sure this is the third set of wheels I have had - on the last set the flange came off the front Hope hub on the steep downhill in Richmond Park.
Sadly sees little use these days but has done a fair few long distance rides like C2C and Way of the Roses.
All yours - DM me to arrange pickup.
