They should've investigated it years ago. Even with sales down 40% they’re still ending up with around £500,000,000 in operating profit and over the pandemic this was almost £1b. Just say what it is, greed. This is why they didn’t do this sooner and it’s also why they have put in piss poor measures.

I had a look on their website. They only list things 49mm and over for chainline so that rules out track cranks.

Wheelsets like halo and Mack keep the 42mm chainline and that won’t work with most 135mm chainstays. You need to be looking as something like a surly or Paul hub that run a 52mm chainline. I’ve also thought about getting a hope fat 135mm front hub then running superboost to get the correct chainline but then you’re dealing with quite a big Q factor.

Sorry for the ramble, working out what I need to build up.

Been meaning to get one of these for age (since released) a shop that won’t be named sent me an all black one rather than a brass knocker. Used the opportunity to buy a silver bolt and lever. Matches the brass head badge, mudguard spacer and soon to be Berthoud saddle.

Got a picture of the homebuilt? I stared with a hori Blazblue board maybe a decade ago. Got back into it with a mayflash (good value for money). As with cycling the rabbit hole goes deep.

I do play tekken and have been tempted by leverlessz But as I play shmups to tekken 80/20 lever makes more sense.
