The decaleur sits very low which is a problem for the taller bag. Not sure how to solve that.

How wide are the bulls?

It's a spa triple that they had on a sale, set up as double. I actually don't fancy it aesthetically. It's also 160mm which was very appreciated on a 700->650b conversion, could be argued to be unnecessary here.

Nitto stem gone

Seemed like a carradice would be at home with it, this is basically the bagman for the front. Something like the lowsaddle longflap, I have one on my mtb with a high front rack platform.

I'd like to take it, pending height measurements? It looks like 20ish cm, if so, that should work!

£25 Randonneur drops 31.8 clamp, 36ish cm at the hoods, 42cm at the drops

£30 Bullhorns plus stem, 26mm clamp. Bars 36cm at the ends, stem 80mm long. If split, £15 for stem and £20 for bars.

Presumably like those headset spacer mounted VOs. 1 1/8 inch if so. But open to other solutions too if you have something.

I loved the grey fixed guy. Still need to sort out rack and decaleur, but I like the 70 inch ratio and fixed on big tyres was just as fun as I thought it would be.

Might try wider bars, I kinda feel like narrower puts more strain on upper back.
