I have a 90s Moser Sprinter for sale. Aluminium frame with steel fork. I bought this from ebay about a year ago, rode it as a winter bike and to commute occasionally. Have swapped to a frame with mudguard mounts so I don't have a use for this.
Threaded 1" steerer. Tange Levin headset less than a year old. Seatpost 55cm centre to centre, 59cm centre to to of seat clamp. Horizontal top tube 56cm centre to centre. 27.2cm seat tube. Clearance is tight, I squeezed a 25c up front, 28c would fit the rear. Rear hanger threads chased. Braze on front mech. All cage bolts and BB gear cable guide. Campagnolo Mirage ISO square taper BB fitted. I don't have the tool to remove it. The downtube bosses bolt together like old Cannonndale frames, one snapped but had enough thread to do back up, no issues since.
Metallic red paint in ratty condition, a few patches missing (bought it like this) and some bubbling by the front cable guide. No dents though, and eye catching in the light!
In Aberdeen so expecting to post, £40 all in if you're interested. Have a box with heaps of packaging, braces for dropouts etc so can send ASAP

Well, strap wrench did the business to remove the Stronglight headset without the proprietary spanner and without damaging the top cup or the frame which was a relief. Needle bearings were in surprisingly good condition too. However, I didn't appreciate the Cannondale head tube is turned down internally to accept the headset cups. Assuming this is normal for the frame, but makes knocking out the headset more tricky...

Condition and what makes up the group is key I'd say.
In the UK, I paid £500 for Chorus 11x which was above average, but came as a complete groupset with no damage to the cranks, levers etc from a private seller.
I'd imagine Record would be around £650 if you kept a keen eye. Perhaps more cost effective to buy separate components too, that way you guarantee the condition.

I need closure on this, someone please rescue it! Even though it will likely peter out like this thread from years gone by (potential apols for Pistonheads link):

Top work, if I had the choice of a carbon-framed bike I would got for a Time or Look.
Those Hunts look good! I reckon some shallow Light Bikes AR25 would be the best fit, but just my 2p
