Could these theoretically be changed to bearings with a seal on them too if someone wanted to? Hope people are well. Does anyone use their vintage bikes with cup and cone bearings for all weather riding and commuting? Would be interested to hear how they hold up in the rain and grime and what sort of servicing or preventative methods people are taking for bearings etc to increase longevity if you have any pointers?

Just wondering about putting one of the surly forks with disc and possibly front rack mounts on the steamroller. Has anyone done a conversion to disc brakes, would be grateful for any insights whether it is worth doing or not? Thanks in advance

Hi yes the fixings/wings are for mudguards, but unusual hey, like old skool ones from the 40’s.

The Royce stuff is nice, it’s got a Royce bb so would work well getting abit of a Royce theme
