Nice write up.
As Ryan suggests a lot of these issues are PDI ones not done by the store on collection.
There seems to be a torquing issue of nuts and bolts were fittings are dry and binding giving inaccurate readings.
A dab of copper grease on the Pentaclip bolt should ensure it's at the right torque setting. -
Regardless of the official line.
The owners of this first release of T Lines are beta testing them in real world environments.
Why else are they offering owners free servicing at Junction stores.
Because the nearest store is in London I'm glad in some way to not have bought one and would wait for a later bike when they've rectified these teething problems. -
That’s quite an old comparison predating the ContactUrban and in 700c sizes.

You can try to reshape a dynamo bracket so it clears the FCB.
I prefer this bracket from BikeGang.

Assume you mean the GE1?
The GA2 is straight rubber grip and found on the original CHPT3 V1.
The GE1 is an updated interpretation of the GA2 with a slightly softer rubber I feel. There is a small thumb rest/wing moulded into the grip and the inner plastic barrel has a cut out under the palm rest offering some air cushioning. This was fitted to the most recent CHPT3 V3. -
Did the rear wheel go?
