Just realized that yes 7s are supposedly still 126mm. Never had issue putting a 130mm in it! Maybe because it is big frame 64cm, but yours is too. But yes requires a well tighten skewer.
May I ask what is the freewheel you have on your wheels? If 11s Shimano and Campagnolo are supposed to be compatible-ish (never tried though).

Bike Components remove the VAT (19%) and shipping cost is 20 euro (but offer on the wheel is over).
When we order from condor to continental Europe, Condor go through a company that handles everything (custom clearance/VAT). But Condor prices are more expensive for us.
Bike Components is also offering this embedded custom clearance service for Swiss customers.
Don't know if a European seller is offering embedded custom clearance for UK delivery.

How I approach it:
Step 1:
- frame for 7s or more (130mm): option for modern groupset
- frame for 6s or less: no modern groupset, too much trouble
Step 2: Groupset (if modern groupset option):
- Silver:
- 11s new Campagnolo centaur (but with skeleton brakes) or 2nd hand dura-ace 9000
- Silver 105 is painted and not polished, to avoid
- 10s or below: many options
- Specialite TA carmina cranks are a nice option
- 11s new Campagnolo centaur (but with skeleton brakes) or 2nd hand dura-ace 9000
- Black:
- many options but Campagnolo Chorus has the best modern option price/look/feel ratio
- many options but Campagnolo Chorus has the best modern option price/look/feel ratio
Step 3: wheels
- Silver: very painful to find
- Black: a lot
Step 4: Cockpit
- Silver: Classic stem: Cinelli / Deda / Nitto
- Black: Modern stem
- frame for 7s or more (130mm): option for modern groupset

Jagwire has some cable housing connectors to organise cockpit (or this ones)

xxcycle.com and SMI have it. Will cost you more in shipping than the part, but it is available. Bought from both, went smoothly. SMI particularly speaks campagnolo.
You might need some other parts like this one
I was at a bike market, and there was a classic steel frame with Athena EPS. Unfortunately I didn't pay much attention at the wiring, but he was using the battery attached on the bottle cage (triangular battery). It might be from a shop next to my place, if it is there I will take picture from the wiring.

He tested approximately everything available the German way.
In Germany an IQ-XS is less than 50 € and probably the best value.

The bicycle shop was using a glued sleeve to drive light cable:

Gonna need a of holes drilled in the (steel) down tube for wire routing.
there are Di2 frame stickers (black or white):
example in this thread:https://www.lfgss.com/comments/17352394/
You might want to go this way first. Don't forget to clean the frame with alcohol before.
Or alternatively you have that:

Yes, here in the thread
Nothing exceptional, just an old Pinarello Veneto which was entry level, but cool to ride.
Have a nice story: went on a group ride with Jan Ullrich (we both live in Munich), and I was the lonely bike receiving an acknowledgment from him, reminded him his Telekom years!
@greeno: I agree on the 5 arm Campagnolo (and Skeleton brakes). Mavic Starfish are pretty cool too, but do not qualify for "modern groupset" anymore!
