Supernova E3 Pure 3 or Son edelux have variants that are mean to be to mounted upside-down, but those are not exactly cheaper. Only the Son Edelex upside-down WITH switch allows for a tail light: explanations
On amazon you have the IQ-X for 72.22 GBP

another point on supernova tail lights is that they have no battery/capacitor in it. If you plug them with a supernova in front, then you have a stand light because it uses the battery/capacitor of the front light but that only works with a supernova front light. With any other front light, the supernova tail light will stop as soon as you stop your bike.
Line small from Busch & Müller or its equivalent in Son, the "rear light", does have a capacitor in them for stand light.

Look 695 aerolight

not with integrated brakes, but maybe you can just put a normal brake

Agree, the pictures with the proper Mondrian look really LOOK (and I love it, but that is personal). You might not buy your Ferrari in red, but Ferrari is associated to red, and LOOK to Mondrian. the black is actually having a thin Mondrian scheme, but honestly that doesn't count.
Also do agree that LOOK frames used to have a more distinctive shape... but enforcing it just for the sake of it is maybe not the way to go

This version can only provide 500mA. Most USB charger are 1A, hence not sure your phone or GPS will charge at this power. But has a very small cache battery to avoid stopping charge in traffic light.
this version allows to go 1A to 1.5A for 20€ more.
But this has no a buffer battery! And it is recommended to have one (i.e. charge the buffer battery and then use it to charge the device).
"The plug" exist in several versions, with or without buffer battery.
AXA used to have the "AXA Luxx 70 Plus Steady Auto 939876" which had an integrated USB charger, but not produced any more. Maybe you can source it somewhere.
Same for the Busch & Müller Lumotec IQ2 Luxos U
On motorbike, those type of connectors are used. They are waterproof. But given that the connection to the dynamo has nothing waterproof and still works, not sure it is useful. Not expensive though...
