This is the thing; he put the saddle so far back, that the “advantage” of a steep seat tube is invalidated* when it’s set where a nominal seat angle with a straight inline pier will work just as well.
wait i dont understand this. can you explain it a bit more? my seat tube currently is only 72 degrees and who is he lol

I see. The geo I designed has actually a shorter effective top tube than the one I have now. I actually feel a bit stretched out and way too far back. It has a more relaxed geometry 71.5ht/72.22st. I think I would really have fun on the compact and aggressive geometry I made. I think I would benefit from it a bit too. I wonder how the guy Matita24 mentioned uses his extreme geometry as a workhorse.
Have any of you guys heard of the Velove Torro? Apparantly it is a 77ht/77st frame.

Yeah Mielec quoted me 4 months. I wanted to order on December so I could get it during the March holidays. About my frame geometry, I’ll most probably change it. I finally saw a picture of someone riding 77/75 st/ht and holy shit. The person was really leaned forward on the handlebars. I think he uses it for crit racing but it was his only bike on his pedalroom. edit: nvm i think im staying

Honestly, I’ve already made up my mind and will be ordering what I have designed. I wanted something crazy but not too crazy. I’ve ridden bikes with 77 degree head tube angle and it was okay for me. I’ll keep this thread posted about the frame I’m ordering. Take me as something like a test subject if you want. I’ll talk about the geometry when the frame is fully built up. However it might take months. Thanks for all the input.
