@mattyc i’m not quite sure what the fabric is. It looks somewhat velvety and is surprisingly waterproof when tested under the tap.

Bearings are smooth on both pairs and feel like they have a good amount of life left in them.

Got two pairs of two bolt style pedals. Ritchey ones look identical to shimano SPD so i’d assume they’d take the same cleats. The unbranded ones I have no idea what cleats they would take but they might be useful to someone. Ritchey ones £10 + post or £15 + post for both pairs. PM if interested.

Just found this thread. I've got a 2006 redline monocog frame I'd like to build back up. Problem is I don't know what my best option is for wheels. It's 100/135 spacing, 29"/700c wheel size, both disc and canti mounts. I don't want to spend much so maybe my best option is used a hybrid wheelset and just deal with the narrow rim width?
