Hey so itās been >20 minutes since I suggested you pedal forward (clockwise if youāre in the right hand side of the bike) to see if that corrected the problem. I havenāt heard back and Iām now logging off, but if the previous suggestion didnāt work, try the following.
1) Check that thereās nothing stuck anywhere in the chain, like a twig or string. If there is, remove it and pedal forward (clockwise on the right hand side of the bike).
2) Check that thereās nothing in the wheels of the the rear derailleur.
3) Check the chain is properly seated on the cassette and on the two rear derailleur wheels.
4) Check if you can move each derailleur wheel a little with your fingers. If they donāt move at all, somethingās broken, you need a bike shop.
5) Pick the chain up off the cassette (rear cogs) and move the cassette counter clockwise with your free hand. If they donāt move at all, somethingās broken, you need a bike shop.

Iām wondering how to structure my response... Actually, Iām changing my response. Try the above, and if that doesnāt work write a reply, letās go step by step. Iāll try and help you out but I donāt have all night.
(What I wrote before that Iāve now taken out so we can go step by step. IGNORE THIS PART
From what I can see in the video, I think there might be two explanations:
1) You changed gears with your hand on your shifter after you stopped pedalling forwards on the bike, so the chain didnāt fully change gears. If you try what I suggested above, that should sort it out.

Ok. Watching your video, what is happening is, when you āback pedalā your chain is touching the āchainstayā.
There can be a few reasons for this. To fix it, try the following, but stop if thereās a lot of resistance or if it feels like something might break:
1) Push the pedals forwards instead of backwards. If you donāt have space to ride, lift the rear wheel off the ground by holding the saddle with one hand, and turning the pedals with the other hand.

If you can post a picture of the chain when it is touching the black metal bar, we can probably tell you how to solve it.
Is the chain falling off of the front rings when you pedal? Like in my top pic above?
Or is the chain getting stuck to the ring instead of rotating?
Is the chain broken or visibly bent?

The Record groupset was Ā£525, so the seller is going to have to find Ā£475 of that, therefore I reckon it would be their property if it turns up.
Thatās a shame but ultimately not your fault, and 100% theirs for not insuring properly. If they havenāt confirmed they sent it RM 2nd class, then itās possible they made the correct decision behind the scenes and paid for the better insured postage, no?
Youāre not asking, but Iād say the right thing to do is to get all of your money back from the seller, and help the seller out when/if the groupset turns up. When/if the groupo does turn up, which isnāt guaranteed, youāre not obligated to purchase it anew from the seller, so you wouldnāt have to pay back the refund: once theyāve issued the refund, that initial specific sales agreement is done. You could choose to purchase it again, or send it back, or come to some other arrangement with the seller. You could even make this arrangement in the same message you send when you start your refund request process.

You must have shifted gears without pedalling forward, or after you stopped cycling.
