Very little wear, some v slight discolouration to neck & cuffs.

Very VERY warm 'over the head' style Pertex Endurance jacket with abrasion resistant shoulders.
Light wear with a couple of marks that will probably sponge out. Dropped rear hem so perfect for cold commutes.

GORE-TEX is a membrane made from stretched Polytetrafluoroethylene (a fluropolomer) to create Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFD for short) and thus 100% not a fabric (woven fibre).

GORE-TEX FABRIC refers to two separate bonded materials. You foolishly italicised both words 'fabric membrane' rather the correct, 'membrane'.

Would you refer to TEFLON as a coating? I think you would - it's exactly the same principle.

I'm sure this has been said over and over on here but what is it with car drivers and parking literally where they please these days? Was in a cafe getting lunch earlier and two separate Merc divers pulled up outside on double yellows walked in and sat down for lunch!? This was a very busy road and right at the beginning of the cycle lane ... it's endemic in Brighton at the moment, the worst is high sided vans parking on DY junctions totally obscuring oncoming traffic.
