Yeah, makes sense. Just checked in my local glazing place (B & B Glaziers in Nunhead) and he reckoned it would be about £300 for a pair of panels with wooden trim. Does that seem reasonable!? I have no concept of what glazing should cost 😆

I've done more than double that so they are capable, in theory.... always worth contacting Brompton even if out of warranty, there's not much that they won't warranty TBH.

Yep, 1 1/8" steerer so plenty of fork options.

Apparently I have too many bikes so this one has to go. I built it up about 4 years ago and since then I've probably ridden it a total of about 20km.

Frame is a (I think) 1991 Claud Butler Pagan in giant size. Reynolds 501 Magnum tubing, paint is very good for its age, DS chainstay unmarked. Fork is a Thorn Nomad, which was brand new when it went on. Reynolds 531 and all the mounts you could ever want. Components are Shimano Deore MT-62, which I really rate, looks much cleaner than the XT 739 IMO. Tyres are Schwalbe Big Ben in brown, basically new also. Repo Turbo saddle which is also essentially new.

It's one for the taller person; currently setup for me at 185cm, can take measurements if needed.

Front Suntour XC Pro laced to an Alesa rim, rear Deore hub laced to a Mavic A719. Both wrapped in Schwalbe Energiser Plus Tour 700x35c, which are pretty much unworn. Came on a 26er which the seller had been running 700c as a tourer. He said they were handbuilt, not sure what the spokes are. Rim brake only. Collection SE15. £50.

After a crankset for a dub BB, road width spindle. 172.5mm length ideally but flexible, something like 48-33. Good condition but don't have to be pristine.

No, really annoyingly it's a bespoke mount, very similar to Garmin but not quite the same so not compatible. Fortunately I got hold of an STL of it so was able to print an adapter for a Quadlock mount, can share if of use.

It's always worth checking the suspension block on a Brompton, often the cause of creaks. Add a bit of grease between the mating surfaces if so.
