Ah many thanks for clearing that up! I had a few nightmares being sent away from the startline at an international masters race, due to that bloody seatpost. The silence around seatposts and handlebars is still keeping me from being fully reassured, but then again, all races are as good as cancelled anyway.

Perhaps a long shot, but I'm trying to find out if the cervelo t3/p3 old banned seatpost is uci legal again. Some guy at the velodrome said something along that line, but I have not been able to find any confirming info on this. Word on the street is that some people here ride a t3/p3, so I thought maybe this magic knowledge is among you.

Speaking of nazis, does it make you a nazi (or at least suspicious in the eyes of y'all horologists) if you wear a watch that resembles the ww2 german flieger watch? I mean, I only found out recently that my late dad's watch that I've been wearing a lot (a fortis flieger 24h) does. Just for the record, he hated germans more than anything.

If you have some spare time on your hand, I say do it. Get some steel wool, brunox and get to work. And get a new chain. For a few quid you'll be happy af riding that old pug around town. I know I did, cleaning up my moms rusty old step-through pug. My gf learned to love riding on that thing and a few years later we were riding the Canarian Isles, Mallorca, Italy, the works. Just do it and see what happens. Enjoy!

May I say with my very Dutch accent: that's bloody beautiful! I'm surprised to see this colourway. There also was a fluorescent yellow and black kinda lopro typa gazelle on this forum. Where do you Brits find those? Never seen them colours on our marktplaats.
My vote goes to 10sp record (with cf rims?), although I've never ridden such a group. It just looks the part. But DA is just as cool. Enjoy! -

That's a grail frame right there. I'd say 9spd campy and spooky canti brakes. Amazing find, much jel
