With the aluminium frame and steel fork it's quite front heavy and for me all the mounts are unnecessary.

Purchased for a build but ended up going with a shorter crank and smaller ring so as new and never ridden but have been fitted

Looking for a 1/18 straight steerer disc fork to replace the steel one on my genesis flyer as I'm never going to use any of the cage mounts and would like to save some weight
It's a size xs but I will measure my current steerer tube
Must be able to take a 38c tyre and have mudguard mounts!

Have spoken to mrbrm and he has an old Raleigh postbike frame I'm welcome to have and is local to me.

Unfortunately my freind has had his genesis flyer stolen and is looking for something to tide him over until payday
Between us we have a full bike minus a 6 bolt cog converter/ fixed rear wheel
Also have a old carlton frame that I's badly crashed so is not ideal but worst comes to worst I can set him up with that just need a wheel or a brake to cog converter!

He is a key worker and rides 15 miles daily so is a real bummer!

Old fashion a nice slack 74° headtube and high standover paired with small bars and fast skinny tyres none of this 9"or 10" rise bars and top load stems what seems common nowadays!

I have been offered a s&m l.a.f frame and pitchfork for a good price but looking at the cost of a decent wheelset and cranks I think I'm better off trying to find a full bike

Ideally want something 21"+ toptube so sounds good drop me a message letting me know what bits you have
