The frame and fork are original
Front wheel= fsa rd 600 and you can have the matching rear + skewers that way if you end up sticking a different front wheel on you've got a half decent pair to use or sell on.
Rear wheel=halo aerorage on planet x all black fixed sprocket 16t i think.
Tyres= panaracer paselas 32c
Chain= dura ace 10sp
F+R brakes= brand x + a spare front if you want?
Bar/stem= fsa 110mm with carbon face/ fsa k force carbon 44 cm classic drop bars
Headset= token (running smooth)
Seatpost/saddle= cannondale c2 25mm lay back + san marco regal e racing saddle- rear rack and some hardly used altura night vision panniers if you want them.
- chainring bolts, 39 tooth fsa 130bcd ring + bash guard.
Just needs English threaded bb + crank arms.
I'll get pics up this evening
- rear rack and some hardly used altura night vision panniers if you want them.

I've got a 54cm kona paddy wagon missing a crank and bb at the moment but lots of upgraded bits on it and I can even throw in some panniers as it has a rack on it. Only looking for £150 I'm in Brighton but can drive anywhere my side of London. I can give you a spec list and photos if you're interested?

Well It looks like hambinis dialed it right back for his latest video with the super six undersized bb fix. Really interesting honest video he sticks to the facts and comes across really well and probably didn't offend anyone so if this is going to be the tone of his videos for a while i definitely think he's on the right track. Shame things had to kick right off for that penny to finally drop.

He popped up on my YouTube suggestions too so with all this time to kill i spent a bit if time this afternoon watching some. In some of the older ones he's rather polite but they are like every other tech tutorial out there so probably the sweary stuff gets him more views but for me it wears thin pretty quickly i was into Durainrider for a couple weeks because his videos were abit different before i realised the theme and the theme being he's a prick. Hambini seems to knows his stuff but his over the top rants make him harder to take seriously which is shame because it looks like he takes his engineering seriously and could be a lot of peoples go to guy for tech and aero advice but i don't think he's trying to be that guy. He has provided some real insight into some of the problems within the cycling industry some of it we kind of knew but accepted anyway but also some stuff i didn't know. For me his most shocking video i saw wasn't offensive because of his language it was because if true an unnamed large high end European bike manufacturer called him in to help them with a problem they'd been having with creaking bb's resulting in a lot of warranty claims. He thought he'd been called in to help provide an engineering solution to improve the quality of their frames sounds great right? But actually they just wanted him to supply them lots of bottom brackets that compensate for poor manufacturing tolerances so they could continue their relaxed qc standards and rely on his bottom brackets to take care of the issue so they can stop losing money on warranty claims. He refused saying he only makes these bottom brackets to offer a solution to a problem that wouldn't exist if frames were made properly in the first place not to mass produce them so these practices can continue and he refused to name the company so he appears like a guy with some values. Ffwd a couple of years and you've got the whole orbea, flo, aerocoach etc slagging off thing which is disappointing. I've not seen/read enough of his stuff to know where this turning point in attitude occurred maybe he's had a bump on the head or needs one? Because if he dialed that side of things back he's clearly capable of providing lots of useful information that could help both cyclists and the manufacturers. Unfortunately i think the offensive shock value approach has a considerably shorter shelf life. Gordon Ramsey seems totally cool now he's not doing all that kitchen nightmares shouty shit so there is hope he could turn this around before he burns too many bridges.

100% agree ribbons and smoke are totally ridiculous although it's someone blowing weed in your face at least you'll be wasted and not just your time. If i stumble across anything like that i watch it more for amusement. Never heard of the chung method so I'm sure that'll kill a couple hours for me this afternoon.

Before wind tunnels I've seen some really basic aero testing which involves sticking bits of ribbon to you and just riding on the turbo in front of a massive fan. Probably some videos still on YouTube if we've got nothing better to do for the next couple of months? Or you can just practice making your frontal profile as small as possible in the mirror. It's how Chris Boardman started and he got quite fast.

CdA is important for me and you can often get that down a lot quicker then your ftp/w/kg up and you go way faster. At a duathlon last year i was the fastest bike by over 2 and a half minutes over 40k. I put out 279 w at 65 kg and the guy in second put out 336w at 81kg so almost the same w/kg so either CdA makes a huge difference or the other guy was telling porkies about his numbers? Has anyone used anything like the new aero/power pods? The measure both and aren't expensive to buy at around half the price of a one off wind tunnel/velodrome aero testing session so there must be some catch right?

Never heard that before and was curious so i had a look around and apparently its because some carbon rims can be rough on the inside of the bead hook which can cause damage/rough up or potentially fray the fibres on the tyre bead due to the spun fiber construction. So if your rims are smooth already or can be with a little careful wet and dry or even line the inner bead of the rim with a little tape you should be fine i reckon. A decent wheel builder would be able to tell you for sure

I've got the standard juin tech r1 and they've been faultless for 3 winters now. They work almost as well as my 105 hydros and way way better than my old avid cable discs. I've only ridden the hyrd not owned them but i prefer the feel of the juin techs. They are slimmer and easier to adjust than the tektros and take shimano parts so easy to get pads and seals but not so sure about small parts but apart from hope, shimano and formula a lot of small parts are a pain to get hold of. Anyway juin tech make very good reliable brakes despite not being that well known so i assume the new four piston versions will be even better.

Maybe I'll stop looking both ways when i cross the road for a while then because hey there's probably nothing coming right ? What I was referring to was not riding in the middle of a lane far out from the curb i always ride like that on quiet roads but riding straight down the centre of a twisty country lane means you'll get hit by a car no matter what direction its coming from. Just like if you ride 3 abreast on any road its always going to be the guy on the outside closer to the centre of the road that gets hit when an over take goes wrong.
-
As opposed to riding normally and safely like you would do on any early morning training ride when the roads are reasonably quiet anyway and not riding literally in middle of the road around the country lanes as if they are closed to traffic entirely a vehicle could still come round the corner at any time.
-
Sadly this is true the local boy racers are using the empty roads as race tracks. I would never ride with headphones but i see a lot of people doing that maybe more now there's a new perception of safer roads? I can hear the engines revving from a fair distance so rather than get in close to the curb if i hear a car tearing round i try and get off the road if i can until they've passed. Yesterday was my last commute but I'll still be riding or running daily whilst still allowed. The roads should be safer due to the lack of volume but if this is matched with a lack of care there will still be accidents I've seen people crossing roads like there will be no cars and cars pulling out like there will be nothing coming as well as cyclists riding it the middle of the road enjoying the sunshine like they are the only people on the road. Stay safe everyone

I've heard about the infinity react being good for both support and cushioning. Ben parkes did a decent review on his YouTube channel recently. You say you've always ran this way and even walk like that so that's a long time i would bet something is tight and something is loose. A good physio should help. My issue was imbalances causing bio mechanical changes and yours could be your natural mechanics causing an imbalance. Have you had a professional opinion on this? Otherwise orthotics in a neutral shoe should help as they'll compensate plus the fact they will raise your foot in the shoe slightly due to the added thickness this should help with getting a good lockdown and should prevent the shoe sliding under foot.
-
Loads of things could be contributing to your suplination. Shoes too wide could make your foot move around in the shoe but not suplinate specifically. A shoe too narrow especially in the toe box will likely destabilise the foot as they will bunch the toes together allowing the foot to roll more if you can spread your toes that will help keep your foot flatter for longer therefore suplinating less. Lower stack height will also reduce foot roll. Shoes like the new top end Nikes are very tall with no support and won't help or likely accentuate any foot roll. If you heel strike your foot will also follow a larger arc to toe off so that won't help. Shoes with a lower drop can help you land more mid/fore foot this should also help by reducing the length of that arc. Custom orthotics will probably help but most gait problems originate from an in balance/weakness somewhere. Does your slight suplination cause you injury or just annoying with the shoe moving around? I tried loads of different shoes to try and correct my pronation but every pair seemed to get rid of one problem and create another unit i had a proper gait analysis and bio mechanical assessment by an expert. Turns out i had really strong quads for driving from all the cycling and lazy glutes which are needed for driving but also stabilising this allowed my femur to collapse inward slightly then my knee,tibia, ankle then foot = my pronation and resulting in problems with my foot and hip. Loads of stretching, strengthening and glute activation work now i can run all day injury free in any shoe as long as it fits. I know every runner is different and my problem is different to yours but any shoe even orthotic will simply act as a crutch and won't actually fix anything. Your problem is probably with your body and not your shoes so fix that ideally. All the running strength and conditioning actually improved my cycling too as it made me much stronger and more solid as the core work and stretching helped hold a good tt position for longer and the glute work really helped with long climbs as you have a couple of large muscles to recruit i can ride on the rivet for max quad power then shift back on the saddle and use a bit more glute and hamstring keep alternating and hold climbing power for much longer some riders switch between climbing out of the saddle and spinning which is the same principle. But it costs money takes months of work and most of it is a boring but now I'm so glad i did it. Otherwise maybe try some altra escalantes and see how you get on

Yeah a bike shop will sort it out the crank and bb are the most standard parts available maybe £80 quid for something basic + labour. Ask around on the forum I'm pretty someone will be able to sort you out something cheap. I only want £150 including all the other bits
