LFGSS and Microcosm shutting down 16th March 2025 (the day before the Online Safety Act is enforced)
Thanks. You have explained it clear enough for everyone to understand reasons why.
And I totally agree with you, whatever legal support you may muster from forum goers, there is always a schmuck out there with a bigger checkbook that can easily employ multiple lawyers - one of the reasons I did not pursue my law career, just can't stand spineless, no morals people. -

F..k, not the new I wanted to hear, that'll put a dumper on my big 6 zero celebrations couple of days later🙄. Not sure gov will ever try to pursue forums as this one, what with their not existent support team for anything, let alone something a bit more complicated like website.
But it is his decision as already mentioned ^ Ethereally grateful to @Velocio and the rest of the members, it was - and still is - an amazing journey into a rabbit hole of everything cycling.

The error is/was in the listing, the original list of bikes from his dad's estate had SA/Williams, so must've just copied it in the text.
There were 25 or so on the list, from 1934-1959 era > I did noticed some have had some components changed , perhaps what his dad was fettling with in his later years. Even couple of ones I bough has some parts swapped over.
@clubman the stories of Evelyn are a nice read, but need to be taken with a pinch of salt. A remarkable lady never-the-less.

OK, hopefully I will be able to make it. May take a 'modernised' 1950s ride.
