Speaking like a proper middle aged man now...you know what is needed, but still you don't do it. That's why women are living much longer than men, they seek medical help faster and more often.
What I meant by adding opinion is to seek a specialist opinion, taking time to explore ALL options available. Just my experience.

1951 built by Deale & Huth, Joburg based builders. 57cm square ctc, some rust (treated) particularly on rear drive side stay - was resprayed in 80s, fixed cup still in. Either can spray or wax treatment can be applied. Pics taken in my basement w/shop, it is more red than seen on here. Change of plans so offered on here for £60 > £50. Plenty of clearance.
Can post for not much or collect for free from Slough/Uxbridge.

A wheelset FS - blue anodised BH Airlite hubs, fixed/freewheel rear, laced to Mavic Module E & MA2 rims. Rear was dished to accommodate a 4 sp block which was removed by my LBS. They've been re-greased, feel OK to me. Some chrome lost on spindle and blue is a bit faded, but still nice overall.
£80 + postage or free collection from Slough

If you fancy a change in your life and have £1m to spare - a friend's (owner of a very nice restaurant close-ish to the property on sale) mate is selling their castle.
Located in a beautiful countryside in Slovenia. Built c.1360, last renovated roughly 50 years ago. Over 2000m2 living space and 120,000m2 land, mix of fields, orchards and some woods too, plus some of the land can be build on.

A nice winter bike for someone? Wilier Triestina on FB

Not sure that is physically possible without resulting rear wheel sitting an inch or so lower than intended to? Vertical drop out would have to be below current one or perhaps behind it, either way not sure how that can be achieved, especially as mech hanger would need to be used too. And the wheel would be attached to NDS to what?

My Weber premium lasted well over 10 years. Perhaps they USED to be good
