Well done, that is an amazing thing to do. I’ve had the training for CPR but fortunately never had to put it into practice.
Another top tip is to download what three words to your phone.
My mate had a bad crash while I was out riding gravel with him and he was out cold for three or four minutes. Didn’t need CPR but when we called the ambulance there was a lot of faffing around as being off-road meant it wasn’t easy to pinpoint a location and the emergency services suggested what three words. This took a while as there wasn’t any phone service in the area to download the app.

I was at the bridge yesterday to witness Palmer's four goals (plus the two we gifted to BHA).
He's a great player and well appreciated by all Chelsea fans. My only complaint was that I'm in the Matthew Harding stand and all our goals were at the Shed end.
It's also pathetic how little time Southgate gave him at the Euros.

I echo what others have said, Facebook marketplace for me. I've had three greenhouses from there over a few years which I combined the various parts to make one complete 8x6 greenhouse.
Obvs availability can depend on where you are. I have loads of spare glass of various sizes you can have for nothing if you are anywhere near KT17/Epsom postcode.

This may or may not be news to you but you can add your Di2 battery level to your Garmin display to assist you in remembering when to charge your battery

I use mechanical disc brakes on my Diverge. They are Tektros and they are pretty shit but I have survived using them for the last four years including riding the Traka for the last two years which has some pretty long, fast descents.
They do require regular attention, mainly winding the non-moving pad closer to the disc to ensure you can apply a decent amount of power to the disc surface.

Yes we did it earlier this year. We had redecorated the bedroom and it made us realise how bad the sealant was.
We followed the route this guy describes below. Our sealant looked pretty similar to how his does at the start with the addition of some mouldy areas.
There are many comments on the video saying he goes overboard and takes too long but we have all the time in the world to do it and it looks great now it’s been redone.

A good mate I rode 2023/24 Traka with uses gloves to fix any tubeless issues. He is good at remembering to put them on but also lost his wedding ring somewhere along the route while removing the gloves in 23.
We went out to search for it later that day but it was nowhere to be seen.
He had stopped three times and had remembered the spots he stopped but of course when we revisited them each time it was in the longest grass imaginable.
Fortunately his wife was very understanding and somehow when his was replaced she got a new ring out of it too.

Yes it’s dry and very rideable although it’s the BHF gravel L2B ride on Saturday so you may want to rethink your route as there will likely be thousands of nodders on there too.

Perhaps I need my bikes painted with maps of Epping Forest, so that I don't keep getting people lost...
Reminds me of this news story a few years ago.
An Australian woman who used daily trips to Richmond Park to help her get over depression has had a map of it tattooed on to her thigh.
The thing that made me laugh was that it was tattooed so she can read it on her own leg but essentially it is upside down for every other person.
There is a local news story site but I won't link it as its the usual shitfest of advertising pop-ups and more adverts than news on the page
