You might be able to get away with it in 1x. But cheap options are buy a grx 12 speed long cage derailleur, apparently the pull ratio is close enough to be compatible. Or put a xt m8000 cage on instead

It would appear so. Wiggle have some very cheap left hand di2 mtb shifters. I would imagine they can be programmed to shift the rear

Need this gone so asking £5 collected from near Moorgate. Working well except the higher angle position slips to the lower position as the lockout has been rounded. The lower position works fine though

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but would an 11-36 105 12 speed cassette run on a 10 speed hub without issue if 1.85mm machined off the back? I know some have done this with 11 speed cassettes, but I've managed to avoid having to do that through using a shimano 11-34 cassette which is mtb 11s/road 10s spacing
