Has anybody ever found a satisfactory way to get these mounts to properly grip the struts?? A couple years in and they barely even hold them anymore with the bolt done up as tight as possible. Any help appreciated!

After something mid-tier in terms of carry capacity and weight, capable of being pretty loaded up but not massive and chonky. Will be going on a Cross Check with mid fork and crown mounts and will probably have a basket on it most of the time tbh. Ideally in London so we don't need to do postage but open to whatever. Anybody hot on digi camera cleaning/repair? My Sony RX100 mk3 has the stuck lens issue where it judders in and out rather than extending when powered on, but it generally does come out if the lens is pressed into the body. Reddit seems to think it could just be a case of removing the outer casing from the camera body and cleaning out dust/debris around the lens, but I'll admit I made a hash of this yesterday. Anybody able to help? Thanks
