Would I be able to use a 1-1/8th fork made for a frame with internal bearings (Dolan Pre Cursa) on a frame which uses external cup headsets?
I'm confident that should be fine but I'm new to threadless set-ups so just double checking!

My Vittoria Corsa CX tubs are nearly worn out on my track wheels. From what I can see they're discontinued - I really liked them, whats vittoria replaced them with in their line up? Or similar from other manufacturers?

Also looking for a semi ratty/cheap track frame in about the same size

Used this for a while as a do anything/lockup bike but no longer need it!
Needs new brake levers/cabling and a bit of a clean but almost in working order.

cheers. whats the go-to mount for 26mm bars? I can't seem to find shims for regular mounts either but high likely hood im being an idiot.

Anyone know whether the Garmin brand out-front mounts (eg. https://www.sigmasports.com/item/Garmin/Extended-Out-Front-Handlebar-Mount-for-Edge/3L1T) include a shim for 26mm bars?

Yes! Although, I'm no longer using that, switched to drop and hoods and keeping the track drops for the track.
