oldcyoa@icloud.com (I can't delete this or interact in any way)
I think all (older) iCloud accounts have an underlying, fixed iCloud username and any third party email address you add is just a contact address.
I think the way to get what you want is to change the email address on this account to something else, then create a brand new iCloud account with the address you want. I don't know whether it'll actually let you reuse an address straight away, of course.

I had no idea that existed. I knew GM did a Chevrolet (?) rebadged 93 but this is something else.
Cadillac BLS?
The other weird GM Saabs never sold here are the 9-4X crossover SUV and the 9-7X full size SUV. A few of the 9-4X were sold in mainland Europe before the company collapsed. Which I didn't know before I saw one on a dealer forecourt in Holland last year - they wanted silly money for it.

But only really worth it for 3w output, as 1.5w can't see anything
with that! The power electronics in the headlight will dictate how much light you get out. Some will reach full brightness before you get above what a 1.5 Watt hub can output, some won't.
It all depends on which light you have and how fast you're going and all sorts of other fun things.

Freezers aren't high current devices, even when the compressor is running, so I'm not really sure what you're hoping to achieve by overspeccing the cable?
The only thing I'd think about doing is swapping the inevitably 13A fuse for a 5A one (assuming the motor rating was well under 1200W), although you'd do that on the freezer rather than the extension lead. It probably also doesn't achieve very much though.

I gather it suffers from a flat battery reasonably often
If a car starter battery is drained below a certain voltage (around 10 volts), it messes up the chemistry permanently which reduces its ability to hold a proper charge. And that means it will go flat even more often. Expect a downward spiral until it reaches the point it won't start even though you were driving it an hour or two ago.
Get a decent jump pack (something like this) and carry it with you. The car will probably need a new battery too in the near future.
The alternator needs looking at
If you have a voltmeter, check the voltage at the battery. It should be north of 14 volts with the engine running if the alternator is working.

I've found when a battery goes completely flat in an iDevice, a decent genuine Apple cable is sometimes required to wake it up.
Also check the Lightning plug contacts for black gunk, especially the centre (power) contacts. The best way I've found to get rid is scraping a coin sideways over it like a scratchcard.

Anyone got any opinions on Titanium seatposts and handlebars?
I've had a J&L one for several years. It's fine. Something like half of the weight saving comes from ditching the pentaclip, so you definitely want an integrated one.
Also the early tapered ones (for pentaclip use) had/have a tendency to crack at the diameter transition - not sure which brand those were. The integrated ones don't have a transition.

i can get a refurbished 2017 ipad pro within budget, or a 2019 ipad air
The 2019 Air is pretty much a rebadge of the 2017 Pro. The Air has a slightly newer, faster processor, but the Pro has a better camera and speakers. I'd get whichever one is cheaper, or probably the Air if they're the same price.

If you have an RCD any electrical fault that might lead to electrocution and death will usually trip the power without harm. I wouldn't want to live somewhere that didn't have one covering all circuits. This especially applies if you're prone to DIY or electrical tinkering.
One RCD for the whole flat is just as effective as RCBOs. It just depends what there's space to retrofit.

I think the middle photo shows a metal insert embedded in the carbon, with teeth to stop it rotating within the resin when the brake is applied / when the mechanic gorillas it.
(Here's something similar on a carbon crank)

Volume of the tube is something like 4.8 litres.
Atmospheric pressure is about 15 psi. If you inflated the tyre to "30 psi" on the gauge the internal pressure would actually be 45 psi absolute. By the ideal gas law you have 45/15 = 3 times as much air.
Therefore a tyre contains 4.8 * 3 = 14.4 litres of air.
(plug in your own numbers as necessary)

AFAIK You can't chain these kinds of adapters like that. They work by telling the computer to generate an HDMI/DP/whatever signal and the adapter just provides the right physical socket. I don't think the "I want HDMI" message makes it across the MiniDP step back to the computer.
So you need to persuade the Surface to output an HDMI signal, which I think it'll only do if you plug a direct USBC-HDMI adapter into it.

The problem is the 4k 27 inch monitors is they're 1.5 times higher resolution in each direction (or 2.25 times as many pixels) as the equivalent non-retina.
So you end up with displaying your desktop at either 0.75 or 1.5 times the non-retina physical size, neither of which is good. Or you use some ugly scaling to get it the same size.
Here's a good video explaining exactly why portable air conditioners are a bit rubbish:
