Is this thread 'proper leather shoes' or 'help a giant feel human'?

Just picked up a pair or Red Wing's on eBay that are all black with their 'spitfire' leather which is a waxed suede. Anyone have any experience with them? I've had a search around and a few people on Reddit have them, just curious.

No offence, but if you're rolling with that crowd why are you arguing on a thread about it on LFGSS?

The more they bother people and disrupt their day-to-day the less likely people are to investigate and support their cause if they don't know already, IMO of course.

I also think it is extremely naive to expect things to change when we receive news about the likes of Saudi Aramco planning a market float and every big bank in the world is scrambling to finance them. None of these enormous companies could give less of a stuff if 50% of the world joined XR.

To think even the government can make a difference is hopeful thinking. The trouble is when you start talking about how money runs everything it becomes easy to dismiss it as starts to dip into conspiracy territory.

Just got myself a nice pair of black Grenson brogues on ebay for £60. I can't figure out the prices on some things on there, some stuff goes for near RRP that isn't in great nick but other stuff gets ignored.

Willing to post the 105 pedals? If so I'll take them.

I misread the spec on the Kinesis frame I'm building which said the seat tube is 31.8, I misread as seat post 31.8 - which would be .6 in any case. Fail.

Would you be willing to post the Ortliebs or is that too much faff?

Bought this on the forum a couple of days ago, but failed in reading the spec for my build and it's too wide to fit! I payed £30 for it so would like the same back for it. (Pics borrowed from purchased thread - hope that's cool)
