@kboy just stumbled upon this in my own endeavors. How did it go?
Recommend trying at home or worth getting a shop to do it? -

Bought a chainring for my Sram Apex 1 cranks that seemingly very few people make chainring for, as I needed a 38t.
Chainring arrived with some chainring bolts as well, thought that was odd. But then realised the holes weren't drilled the correct diameter, so original chainring bolts didn't fit through, but the 4 bolts they had provided were obviously too small a diameter to match the receiving bolts. All round shambles and impossible to get a refund despite providing evidence etc.
Was a Pass Quest Apex chainring in case anyone searches for recommendations.Edit to add: super annoyed as well because couple of days later the rep for absolute black came into our store and was able to tell me that they were getting stock in 2 weeks, and I managed to order one at essentially the same price as the aliexpress special

I'm looking to get into a Raspberry Pi, partly as a little project to try and do some stuff while in isolation when i move across the world shortly, and partly to actually try and achieve something useful (was thinking of a pihole for instance).
What is the best route in?
Was thinking new Pi 4 (not sure what size?), and would likely ssh and then vnc in via my mac rather than dragging a screen, keyboard, mouse etc all in my luggage?
What else do i need?
Also what is a good source of project ideas, useful ideas for pi? -

Think that's what I'm gonna end up doing. More hassle than it's worth for me I think
