Well I had a few rusty parts on my Car to get a “ratlook” years ago. I also used clearcoat, felt like it doesnt stop it but slows the process down. A bike-fork is way more material than for ex. a fender on a car so I think its some time till it becomes an issue.

Just scrup it a little with sandpaper, then saltwater’ it. I did the same and it works pretty well, with time comes patina.

I‘m looking for a 1“ threaded track fork with as low rake as possible. Should be really tight, steerer 160-170mm for 700c wheel. Condition really doesn‘t matter as long it has no technical issues.

put my Histogram in slave mode

Got some nice stuff today, vintage Maeda cog BIA approved (pre NJS) and some cranks.

If its just the frame, a few nails on stem, seatpost and BB will also do the job. I did it too. You can see it in my middle-picture in the upper right corner.

This is my storage. I have a really small flat so they’re a fix part of the decoration :D. One over the bed with PaulFux wooden wallmount, one in the kitchen with Clug Bike Clip and a few leant against a wall.

I just got a new handbuild wheelset a few weeks ago. Open Pro’ s laced to Suzue Pro Max. Highly stable with 36h, spokes crossed. They’re bulletproof and spin like a wet dream.
