Picked this up on here in terrible shape and have fixed it up. The seat post is stuck, prob fixable but I’m in and out of london at the moment and don’t have time to investigate it. But rides smooth, super nimble little pub bike, paint a little chipped but mostly intact. Looking for £250 £220! but will listen to offers if I’m way off.

I have these two, mercier with gears 56cm (might be bit big) or a Reynolds 531 madigan single speed (52cm). Would like £250?

Hey, Levi’s is 22” pit to pit, and trousers are super elasticated at the waist so would go up to 32” (what I am/was!)

Berghaus AQ2 waterproof trousers size S. These I have worn and they are bomb proof, just got a little small for me for some reason...they have a little chain catch/mud? On one of the heels but apart from that in perfect condition. Have both poppers and two way zips on both sides so can be airy or warmer depending on weather.

Northface windbreaker size M, also barely worn. Great jacket that can scrunch up into a bag on a summers day.

Levi’s skateboarding blue cord jacket (yeah I went through a cord phase). This is barely worn! Size large

Hey bike hive mind,

Just picked up a pretty old mercier and it’s all pretty much there, only needed a little bit of tlc, however one of the down tube shifters keeps loosening.

I’ll tighten the screw that attaches it to the frame to stiffen it up, and it’ll work for a few rides, then begins not to hold position and spring back, I’ll tighten again and around and around we go. I’ve taken it apart, cleaned it and reattached to no avail. I’d love to know if anyone else has had this issue, would rather fix than buy a new one although I feel like grabbing a new one may well be easier.
