How do the Silva and Park framebuilding tools compare - pros & cons?

Silva's headtube facing & reaming tool is considerably more expensive than Park - wondering if it's really that good a tool.

Is the end resulting cut more precise & accurate using the Silva vs the Park or vice versa?

What are some best practices when it comes to headtube facing & reaming?
