This lovely 64cm Condor Acciao w/ shimano 105 groupset and fulcrum wheels. Steel with carbon fibre forks.

I'm broadly looking for a steel or titanium (keep dreaming, I know) frame with clearance enough for gravel tyres.

Anyone looking to sell or swap a 64cm +/- 2cm~ frame or complete for gravel riding?

The pay listed is £10/hr, I see lifecycle pay between £13.8-17/hr. Is that typical for these types of roles? Thanks again

I guess career advisors are still a thing but I don't really know about them, maybe the post-school equivalent would be someone working in recruitment? A life/career coach comes at solving that challenge from a slightly different angle, working with you to find out what is important to you and what you want to pursue rather than someone telling you all the different jobs/roles that you might be appropriate for.

My first paying client was from lfgss and he smashed his career transition goals, so give me a shout/reply here if you want to ask any questions about life coaching or career transitions. I always think that the advice other forum-members contribute with here is pretty strong too.

This kind of hit me! I felt like I had totally broken free after trading a full time job for a... full time job? I think it's indicative of a sense that you've transitioned from a job where you have to be a "professional" to a job where you can be yourself, whether that's in how you express yourself through your work, how you schedule your work week, your wellbeing or something else entirely.

About 7 months ago I first posted here about a possible escape route from my job (teaching) in to career/life coaching and I want to post an update.

I left my day job Feb 11th and am approaching, but still some way off, making a living wage for my city almost 4 months later. My first paying client was an lfgss member looking to improve their job satisfaction and my most recent client is a local start up CEO looking to experiment with coaching to improve their company. Working as self-employed for the first time has been just so awesome.. I've never enjoyed that kind of flexibility at work as a teacher or as a bar manager (always working xmas day and NYE).

The space to explore this business/sector has been huge but my current challenge is whether or not to pick up some regular work on the side to sustain myself while I build up my experience and client base to a point where it can be sustainable/financially viable.

If anyone's curious about anything coaching or wants to chat, send me a message here or check out my website . Be great to hear what other people are up to, the last year has no doubt been catalytic in some ways.
