I'm going to go and try on boots on Monday.

I'm currently using some YDS falcon desert boots. I like how high they come up they are adequately padded in all the right areas. However they are starting to show signs of wear.

I'm aware they aren't a walking boot, but when I first got into walking long distances I was happy to try these because they were cheap on ebay.

Problem I have is that I have really narrow and shallow feet. Can anyone recommend any brands and models that aren't too expensive. And I can go and look around for these.

I really haven't got it in me to go searching around shops, which I know is the right thing to do.

Is there a seperate walking/hiking/rambling thread? Or can I ask for boot advice in this one?

We had the same car AND had this exact problem.

Luckily the car was within warranty and the garage we bought it from fixed it...

By wrapping the pipe in electrical tape and then not filling the car with coolant. Cue head gasket failure, long drawn out process of letter writing and threats of court, we eventually got our money back.

We promptly saw the car up for sale at the same garage less than a month later.

Their tools are super expensive, but really really hard to break.

Such an under-rated car

I wear shorts everyday. I work for Royal Mail. Not as a postie but in the sales office. People here are like reptiles, the office is so hot all year round and I am always hot. So its shorts everyday.

We leave our pooch at home because with both work full time. I do go home at lunch to take him for a walk though. So he has a good 3 hours of alone time each day.

He also gets a really long walk first thing in the morning and I leave his kong toy with food stuffed in it which he seems captivated by.

We think so. A friend of a friends grandad had him and then died. He was living with the daughter but her other dogs were bullying him so he was advertised on fb.
