Is anyone else that's doing Bill's easton connection this weekend tackling it on fixed? I did Mad March 200k and a hillyish 150mile ride by myself on 73" but I'm a bit worried it's going to be too high for some of the climbs.

As far as most people are concerned Audax and Randonneuring are interchangeable.

I contacted Carradice asking if they could remove the leather patch on the new Carradice lightweight Audax bag. They responded saying that it wasn't just the patch on the front but also two reinforcing strip on the back and 3 straps.

They told me that they could make me a one off vegan version replacing these with another material for a fiver extra. A week later I've just taken delivery and couldn't be happier. Hats off to them.

I think it would be rather unfair to accept the sellers partial refund to only go back and say it's not good enough. If I sold something and it arrived damaged I would offer a part or full refund but once that was accepted I would consider the matter closed.

Anyone got any experience with Stages 7710 power meter? How useful is a power meter for training on a fixed for road? I'm trying to gain a bit more speed to give more rest time on Audaxes.

Looking at selling my Surly pugsley as it doesn't ever get any use. I'll give it a clean later but it's the same as this picture but now has Jones DB loop bars on it. Small scratch to the paint on the top tub but no dents.

As stock other than, thompson seatpost, spoon saddle, Raceface stem and loop bars.

Did you ever use them? I have a pair on my Surly pugsley and they don't fit a bottle. Well they do but not completely as they're narrow at the bottom. I always mean to get round to replacing them but I just don't ride the pugsley enough to warrant it.

Did you get that from aliexpress? I can't find any at all.

Where the two runs of shirts you did on here from the same supplier? If so I ordered small with on both but ended up with one fine fitting t-shirt and the other way too small. Maybe their QC isn't up to par.

I've drilled out pop rivets on the rear suspension of Moultons. Start small and they should fall apart before you get near the width of the badge hole, just need a steady hand.

I've gone with Fizik performance tape for the last few years. Easy to wrap, grippy and lasts, not much padding but that's how I like it.
