If, like me, you've discovered the wonders of ultrasonic cleaners for getting the gunge out of nooks and crannies on old or abused bike bits, please be warned: TAKE NOTE of the maximum duty cycle and rest period for your cleaner!
Don't be like me (LOL).
I've been using a super-cheap little jewellery and CD cleaner I picked up second-hand locally for only £10.
I failed to notice the bit in the manual that says "Wait for at least 3 minutes between cleaning cycles, so as not to overload the appliance."
Had the poor bugger running continuously for about 20 minutes today until the sound of frying electronics struck my ears. Farewell, poor cleaner, you will be missed.

Apologies for the crap photo. 1996 Chas Roberts fillet-brazed custom frame for a Sigma customer. Alas no records exist for the original build. Columbus EL-OS frameset. Mix of Shimano 105/Ultegra, Campagnolo headset and seat post.
