After a rest, I did a u turn at the summit and returned to Glossop so didn't get all the way to Ladybower. Everyone else I saw continued from the summit down to Ladybower, I assumed they were doing some sort of loop based on Castleton or Edale.

If you're local and didn't already know.
The A57 Snake Pass is closed to cars from Glossop to Ladybower until 25th October.
Lots of cyclists taking advantage of the closure today (plus motor bikes, dog walkers and a few cars).
Would never cycle up there if it was open but really enjoyed the ride today.

I have an old frame with a silver Campagnolo groupset on it.
Has anyone successfully removed logos from the shifters using chemicals of some sort.
I've tried acetone and autosol neither of which had any effect (though they did work on the stem & seat post).

I'm looking for a Raleigh Grand Prix in Red and Silver.
It will have a tubing sticker proclaiming 'Raleigh 555sl' in the style of a Reynolds sticker.
Needs to be suitable for a 6ft rider (58-60cm).
It was a mid 80's USA only model, there are plenty for sale on American small ad sites, are there any here in the UK?
