Trek (The I'veNoIdea Model!), c. 2003-ish f+f
Quite a robust steel frame, was used as a fixie for several years and was very reliable.
CTC 53cm, Toptube 57cm, so it's a bit of a compact-type affair, but good for it with a low centre of gravity.
Rear OLN 130mm, front fork OLN 100mm
Come with headset, BB (which could probably do with a service. Have a stem and some flat messenger bars as well I'll throw in.
So, £25 +p&p?

Have a £50 wheel set, Weinmanns, nice. Comes with cog and s/s cassette. Have a new s/s chain, a couple of black fabric toe straps plus a pair of white BMX-style levers - all included. Am in Reading, so could meet if you're not in too much of a rush or post at cost?

Look pretty much like mine are an older (vintage! retro! Apologies...) set of those. The hubs on mine have five 'teardrop' cutouts and are a shade lighter (weight). Interested? Have got a freewheel, silver, 18tooth, barely used and a 16tooth screw-0n cog - happy to throw in both...

Just the bolts? I've these, never used. Don't have dust-caps I'm afraid. Send me an address and I'll post them tomorrow. FOC. Karma.

Had exactly the same sounding issue, a lonnnnng time ago on a brand new Cannondale. Nasty cracking sound, bolts loosening, really annoying. Cannondale mechs at a bike meet offered to swap the cranks out and - problem instantly solved. The tiny amount of damage on the splines where they weren't precisely compatible with the BB was the culprit, as they couldn't meet-up snuggly when tightened in.

Also, btw, do have track nuts for it but they're a bit (a bit!) rusty on the outsides. They thread just fine but, well, cosmetically... hmm. Happy to include foc so as you can get right underway :-)

Hang on a mo, the front wheel should fit that. It's the rear that's wider. I'll measure tonight and send you a pic but it should fit fine. Had it sat on an old Raleigh fork and was perfect :-)
