Shit road racers say trigger warning

52cm CAAD10 with 11 speed 105, Quarq power meter cranks and with or without wheels. Full spec below.

This got me into racing this year. Super snappy and responsive. Basically the perfect crit bike. I've 'upgraded' to an all singing carbon thing and I'm not sure it's any faster tbh. It's got a few issues which are listed below. I think it's priced accordingly but happy to listen to offers.

Spec:
52cm Cannondale CAAD10 frame and forks in team Liquigas colours. External cable routing (lighter than the internally routed model) and full carbon fork. Tester slamthatstem headset cover and 15mm of spacers under the stem. Forks are discoloured due to a well-documented issue with the paint on this batch. Plenty of cosmetic marks and some minor paint flaking around the bottom bracket and fork crown.

Shimano 105 R7000 shifters and mechs. 5800 series brake calipers. All in good working condition other that the left shifter issue (see below).

Quarq Riken BB30 power meter cranks. 170mm aluminium arms. Stronglight 52/38 chainrings. Accurate and works as it should. Does seem to eat batteries though (about 2/3 weeks life if riding most days). Chainrings are nearly new.

S-Works 110mm 10 deg stem. FSA 36cm bars.

Issues:
Left shifter jams when shifting up from the little ring to big. It does work, but requires a bit of 'finesse'. I'll try and post a video to illustrate this.

I suspect the upper headset cup is worn and/or slightly ovalised. I noticed the headset felt loose under heavy braking, even with the preload tightened right down. It's an integrated headset (bearings sit directly in the frame) so can't just replace the cup. A coke can shim round the bearing to pack it out seems to have helped.

Asking £300 for everything above. I'll fit new cables as it's in need of them. No saddle, seatpost or bar tape.

Can also sell with the Giant SLR1 carbon wheels pictured for £450. 35mm deep rim, DT Swiss hubs, circa 1400g. Front rim has a slight nick in the brake track. Was there when I bought the wheels and hasn't grown or caused an issue over I'm guessing ~6,000km or so ridden. Alternatively I have a pair of cheap (but very decent) Prime alloy wheels for £350 all in. Both with brand new Vittoria Rubino tubeless ready tyres.

Oh and you'll need to source carbon brake pads for the Giant wheels. The Campagnolo ones are best.

This is available as a full bike as pictured below, minus saddle and seatpost and with or without wheels.

11 speed 105, Quarq power meter cranks, S-Works stem and 36cm bars. Perfect for getting into racing/training.

Been raced and ridden year round. Has it’s fair share of issues but nothing terminal. Thinking £300. Bit more with wheels.

Yeah, bonded the old Token BB (better fit than the Wheels Manufacturing one) in with Loctite 641 and left it to set for 48hrs. Could slide the Wheels BB in by hand!

Ignore the untaped bars and uncut cables.

Accelerates much better than it stops. AliX ee brakes, 10-year old carbon rims and tubs are a hazardous combination.

I spent a week riding around there in 2022. Probably one of my favourite places in the UK.
