He really does seem to have a downer on them judging by this thread:

Note: this is just after Wale and Tipper have set a time that would have put them 5th at the 2016 Olympics!

Heading south on Boleyn road this morning I just got caught by the lights at Crossway, think oh well and settle in for a 3 minute wait for my turn to come back around. After about a minute a driver arrives from opposite direction, decides they can't be arsed, so has a look around and goes straight through the red, clear as day.
Bloody drivers jumping lights, insurance, helmets, etc.

Almost got tag teamed on CS1. One driver gives it all the revving behind whilst the driver in front (who is the one holding me up anyway) decides to suddenly brake and turn sharp left without indicating. Luckily I reacted quickly enough, should have given them more space but so hard to when you're being tailgated.

Hi I've got a procedural question I think you may be able to answer. A few pages back you wrote:
For involuntary act manslaughter, four points need to be established:
- that the accused has committed an unlawful act;
- that the act was the cause of death;
- that the accused intended to commit the act;
- that a sober and reasonable person would recognise that the act carried some risk of harm, however slight
Do you think the jury will be asked to find on these points individually or just deliver an overall verdict?
As it seems that the case hinges on the interpretation of point 2 (brakeless = cause of death), I'd feel more comfortable if I knew the jury were focusing on it.
- that the accused has committed an unlawful act;

I believe @croft has also encountered this guy riding a double-disk fixed TT bike down Regent St.

I've had drivers do this twice to me last month at junctions with the same layout (when on a biek). I've been holding primary in the middle lane to go straight on and they've intentionally pulled up in the left turn lane to try to undertake me as the lights change. Both times I thought they're self-entitled dicks with no road sense but I resisted the temptation to run them into the kerb!

Wow Bjoern's line is just so consistent compared to everyone else's, chapeau!
Dan Massie rides with me in Islington CC. I think he only got into cycling properly in the last 5 years (he apparently lost 30kg or something ridiculous). He's always been good at one-off, long-distance fast rides and last year he did a humongous tour of the Pyrenees and Alps which inspired him to give ultra a go this year.
The TAW is meant to be a training ride for TCR but he's a classic bloody-minded Scot so I'm not surprised he's doing pretty well with the bad weather. However, as you say @skinny, he might not know when to hold back to save his legs, will have to see how he feels next week.

Loving the videos @Skinny, really adds to the dot-watching. Just wondering if in the next TransAtlanticWay one you could give my friend Dan Massie a shout. It's his first ultra race in preparation for TCR this year. He was really struggling with knee pain a day ago but looks like he's turned it round and now considering going non-stop for 4th.

Not in the news. According to Boardman, The Sunday Times asked him to write this piece then declined to publish it without telling him why:

Edit: Seems Boardman sent it to the wrong address! https://twitter.com/Chris_Boardman/status/935150321852133376
