Batavus Professional frame / forks *
I bought in 2013 from an old postie building bikes with his retirement.
pearl and blue
I think 1984
56.5 x 56.5 (stamped 58 on bb)
Columbus SL tubing i think, decal is worn, across the web many claim different types.
Piet Nizet decals..
Stronglight headset (i bought new around 4 years ago) one replacement sealed bearing included- Unfortunately 😓 this has a seized seatpost. I’ve tried everything, but the caustic soda method (the paint😖). I’ve even taken it to this guy (https://www.stirlingbikedoctor.co.uk/seized-seatpost-removal/) who couldn’t do it on his machine, but says it should come out manually sawing. The price i think reflects the cost minus what he quotes for manual removal (£90)
So if you feel like having a go removing it yourself, or just riding it as is - i’ll include a replacement 27mm seatpost.
Let me know if you want to know anything else.
Based in Glasgow, happy to post, happy to meet
£240

hey all, just following this - i've been tryna find a group to join for a while, but as a fairly casual rider not sure who to turn to. In the summer i try and get about 80-100k a week, but deep winter almost a write-off for me (except for short commutes) mainly cus i don't have an accessible way to clean my bike! Often now use the DIY pressure washer for cars at ASDAs lol
As i said my training is fairly casual, more for mind than muscle, and i don't unfortunately have the time to commit to getting out a lot. I'm at GU at the moment doing a post grad and thought i'd be able to join their cycle club, but most all rides have been cancelled so far with covid so i haven't even met the bunch once. I was also following the brew dog group on strava but didn't make it to a ride before covid halted that..I'll look out for those clubs Skydog mentioned, thanks for that, but if anyone want to get together for an easyish small sunday ride whenever weather is ok i'd be up for joining. I'm southside shawlands.

Hello,
wondering if anyone is looking for these/would find them useful..
→ Campagnolo Centaur front and rear calipers. I think mid/late 2000's model. Good condition, small rub wear from mudguards. front arch pivot bolt rusted - no issue with that. Rear is just missing the little rubber band around the adjustment screw.
42-57mm (i can't quite measure this accurately)
Black gloss
£23 posted→ SKS Bluemel set. 35mm 700c
bought from [chain reac..] less than 2 years ago. This set fits up to 28mm tyres (apparently), i use 25mm..
everything included to fit braze on mounts.
Only problem is the rear just recently snapped very near the brake bridge. Both parts included. There is a photo of the snap and also of it fully taped together where i had no issues with it. I just wondered if anyone might have a use for the pair. The rear if used as it is would save your butt - maybe not your bb - from spray.
I hope the pics explain.
⭐︎ Anyone that buys the pair gets a free Continental GP 4 Season 23mm - with not much use to it, see pic.
£9 + postagethanks,
RLE (Glasgow)

Wondering if any1 is in need of a,
35mm bluemel rear mudguard, including sks long mudflap
(£11)or
35mm chromoplastic (i think), with rubber mudflap already attached. Its broken at the brake bolt mount which i thought might not be a problem for anyone riding disc brakes.
(u pay postage.. maybe a donation..)
