It is nice and clean now and I've just measured it again. My digital calipers say 15.81mm.

I've just been through about 20 cantis and, as you say, most springs are 17mm+ OD. However, I did find one which I measured at a smidjen under 16mm. I've just put it into a jar of acetic acid to clean all the crap off and will measure it again in the morning. Looks promising, but there is only one.

OK, just checked through all the skinsuits and found 7 which may be suitable:
- Easterly RC, XS Lady. Short sleeve, green/yellow/black.
- High Wycombe CC, XS. Long sleeved, white/blue/yellow.
- Ibis (no size but looks about the same as the others). Short sleeves, white/blue/black.
- Great Britain (no size but looks about the same as the others) . Short sleeves, red/white/blue.
- Absolute Bikes size 12. Short sleeves, green/white/black.
- Plain (no writing or logos) Green/white, short sleeves. No size but looks tiny.
- Plain Yellow (no writing or logos). Short sleeves. No size but looks tiny.
Nos 1-5 are all quite modern and have padded inserts. They are all £25. Nos 6 and 7 are much older, but still new and unworn but only have fairly thin chamois inserts. These two are £20 each.
I've taken pictures of them all and can send them if you PM me your email address.
I've also got quite a few more in size small and some more size 12.
