? Credit note only refund policy ?
Even for a right to cancel return within 14 or 30 days of receipt of goods?
I believe trying this on with customers, even if they cave to the savvy, persistent and patient ones, is illegal under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 to mislead a customer about their rights.... . -
I dropped a return parcel off earlier this week with fingers crossed.
My confidence was boosted slightly by the UK redundancies a few days ago, whilst crap for the employees, it was only 15% of staff. That suggests administrators are cutting costs but not stripping down to a skeleton crew to get the last stock out of the door before insolvency... at least that's what I hope so I get my refund!
I wonder where a customer who returned a product expecting a refund stands in the order of creditors....

Wiggle are being Nobs now....
The returns portal fails on the confirm personal details stage as you can only chose "Christmas Island" under country.
It's not just me experiencing this.Rumours of a change of returns system.... will be working soon... but a cynic would suggest they they have kept up sales but closed the door for returns....

If your main issue is airport to accommodation - then suck it up and get one adult to do back and forth trips on the excellent bus service (TIB) while adult 2 guards remaining stuff & children. Even the small buses have space for bike boxes. Big ones have huge luggage stores underneath.
If you have the luxury of a car or cars (?!?
"Cars from airport" ) then the other adult and children, once the remaining stuff pile can fit in, drive to destination. Also if you have lots of luggage - fly BA.

I've seen lots of reports of quality issues with the threaded nuts failing on dhb shoes letting down otherwise good vfm products.
It's not clear if they are bonded in from the outside or the more standard design inserted from the inside (with tabs stopping them falling out).
If its the latter, a replacement might be found somewhere easily and cheaply, assuming the carbon sole around the holes is is sound. -

I have a 105 165mm crankset (fc5800).
Great condition, silver, no chainrings - but is the standard shimano 11 speed 110bcd 4bolt so will take any other 110bcd 4bolt chainring(s) even it doesn't cosmetically matchNo power meter but I might have a set of pedals - Garmin Vector 3 available in a few weeks.
I've got a set of inspection-eligible 9000 cranks but have buried my head in the sand hoping the situation progressed as I have a million questions and hoped they would be answered by Shimano binning the inspection part of the recall (in UK).
Has there been any update on this (in UK), or is it still only replace if already broken?
If a crank is inspected and passes, unless Shimano state that means it won't be failing in future, doesn't that mean this is an indefinite recall?
Have they prescribed an inspection interval time/mileage for the "vulnerable" batch numbered cranks after each all clear for now inspection?
What happens if a crank owner owner takes just a 9000 crank in for inspection, with 105 or gasp non-Shimano chainrings, do they still get the FC-09 crank with dura-ace chainrings?
