Thanks but wireless isnt needed, and is only suitable for a newer battery than Im dealing with.
That Ribble EW90 price is low enough to tempt me to cut it up and try making my own bar end junction box. And if that doesn't work, cut out the ports and turn it into a 3 plug junction B so I don't need a Y cable (EW-JC130).

I find Merlin really cheeky in how they sell OEM Shimano parts without saying it.
Ok who cares about retail packaging, but they don't include the little parts specified for installation that Shimano either provides in the retail box, or doesn't as they know a dealer has a box of 100 to hand.
E.g. mechanical rear derailleurs, Merlin don't advertise as component-only, but in my experience they won't be including any cable tongues or the cable outer (OT-RS900) specifically for the tight bend to the derailleur.
Okay it will still work without these little bits, but the consumer hasn't made an informed choice to not have them or has to find somewhere selling them separately.

RIP DHB & Prime.
DHB was decent stuff at a decent price. Otherwise the hardy winter rider, commuter or beginner get stuck at the budget end of the kit market, which is usually terrible quality, makes you hate cycling and if you do keep at it, wears out quickly.
Quality at a non-premium price point is the antithesis of Ashley products.Pre-Ashley I used to use to Evans Cycles quite a bit. Post-ashley, never. Not out of principle, but because their product range reduced/changed to crap, prices became totally uncompetitive, even on basics like chains etc. And I couldn't physically go to a shop as they closed so many.

I got mine back 4 or so weeks after dropping it off at LBS.
I guess it depends how many Shimano UK (Madison) are dealing with at any one time.
My crank had a few gaps along the bond lines. So I guess it's good to replace an 8 year old set of cranks but the replacements don't look nearly as good as DA9000.
There are debates out there on if the crank itself is modified for 11 speed (e.g. chainring tabs) or if the modifications are all in the 11speed outer chainring.I still can't get my head around this "inspection" based recall. I get that it makes sense from a business perspective, but I wonder what would happen if somone had a failure after an "inspection" pass, and before the next "inspection" and sued. Shimano would surely have no argument...

Is anyone looking for a home for a HAG Capisco chair?
Open for any flavour of the famous (in the ergo chair world) saddle seat - puls 8020, puls 8010, 8106, 8107 etc.If in the south of UK I'm happy to travel to collect from you as they disassemble easily (they won a design award for it!).
Let me know what you've got, cheers

If you are referring to MAAP trying to get away with saying :
"Sale items can be returned for a MAAP credit or exchange only. "
And you purchased in the UK, your invoice should be from MAAP Apparel UK Limited.
Which means UK legislation applies, so their attempt to not refund a purchase via the original payment method is in breach of is Consumer Rights Act 2015, PART 1, CHAPTER 2, Section 20, subsection 16.
If you purchased in the EU, it's MAAP EU BV, and there is a similar EU directive.
Maybe you would rather sell privately, or are outside of 30 days after it was delivered, please ignore this irrelevant dry legal rant.
It just really gets to me when traders state their own terms contrary to the law and require consumers to have an awkward disagreement to access their legal entitlements. -
Here's a free bump.
Unless the £s are needed now, wait till the first warmish Saturday of spring and a buyer will probably appear then!
It's a nice frame, just needs the right size person to want a bargain aero rimbrake frame. Tbh with that length steerer showing it could be turned into a tri/TT bike with the modern high hands mantis position, without the expense of £££ super high riser aero bars!
You might find someone desperate for this frame on eBay, although eBay is always a risk, I once sold an AiR frame for someone who had been waiting for a year for the right one to appear.

If this doesn't work out between you and @sodha, I'm interested.

Not at all in my experience. I've had many wiggle orders delivered by Evri in the last few months that have had issues of some kind. Most that arrive are kicked in, one had missing items. Some never arrived or were delivered miles away (according to Evris own GPS co-ords).
Every time wiggle did an "investigation" and sent a full refund after a few weeks.Evri's 'handling' does make me wonder the trustworthiness of a set of carbon handlebars that have been returned and put back on sale again, as they will have done at least 3 trips through the Evri system...

In case you went via Silca, FYI Boa offer a lifetime guarantee on their dials.
Just go here for a free repair kit:
https://www.boafit.com/en-gb/support/warrantyI found filling a basic webform easier than having to explain to a shoe manufacturer about an issue with a dial.
Also helpful if the manufacturer goes under, or doesn't have a distributor in your country. -

Tell that to all the pro teams using 11 speed 9100 cranks on 12 speed groupsets for year after Shimano launched DA9200 but couldn't supply enough cranks.
