i would just provide all of that information to your credit card company (date of cancellation, date of shipment, shipment rejection, etc) in the form of screenshots. in my experience, all of that evidence will side them with you, and rightfully, your money. that puts the pressure on YT to resolve with DHL to get their money back, with you out of the equation.

I’d definitely agree with user83744 up there - 20” would definitely feel more twitchy and tight if you’re used to MTB. But, riding 24” and 26” is a completely different feeling, more relaxed, but still feels like a bmx bike.
The trails in that video look like a lot of fun. I would definitely ride there. Maybe take your MTB and see how it goes?

american here - the electoral college is a worthless relic, but this does a decent job of explaining everything, maybe even finally getting rid of it: https://www.vox.com/21539173/electoral-college-explained-2020-trump-biden

I’ve found that if I’m having issues with tiz using chrome, switching to safari will usually help. I haven’t tried using it for the tour yet, though.
