I've not used their framing before but DS Colour labs based in Stockport produce great C type lustre prints for a fraction of the price of any of the London printers.
I can also recommend Jackson and Lee Framing in Hoxton if you decided on saving and having a two stop shop.

I have a Canyon bike box that i'm otherwise going to recycle. It has all the cardboard slots, foam/velcro straps to secure your bike if shipping for eBay/marketplace or sending back for warranty/inspection etc.

The back wheel is worn. There's still grip on the surface but it's just taken some of the paint off.
