Note: Calipers only.
These are part of the SRAM Apex 1x11 hydraulic set. There is still some hose left - you may be able to use what's left of the longer hose to install as a front brake. The pads and calipers themselves have less than 200km on them.
Either way, you'll need the appropriate hydraulic levers (I believe any should work, e.g. Force, Rival, Apex etc.) and the capabilities to do a full bleed.
Asking £60 for the set OBO.
Based in Hackney or happy to post for a couple of extra quid.

- Velocity Blunt 35 rims in silver, tubeless tape installed
- Black Deore XT hubs, 32 hole
- DT Competition spokes
- Schwalbe Big Apple 29 x 2.35" front and rear, currently with tubes
Brakes
- Avid BB7s, 180mm rotors front and rear.
- Compressionless housing in good nick
- Relatively new pads (<500km on them)
- Avid levers
Drivetrain
- All new cables and housing
- Saint 3x9 shifters. Really smooth feel actually
- Shimano Alivio 12-36 cassette (new)
- Shimano Deore XT chain (new)
- Shimano Alivio rear derailleur
- Older Deore XT front derailleur, necessary for the bottom-pull 28.6 variety that works with mountain gearing
- Deore 3x9 crank which was sanded down silver by me. Deore outer and inner chainrings, Race Face middle.
Finishing Kit
- Soma Clarence Bars (also sanded down silver) with Fabric grips
- Generic black stem with 31.8 to 25.4 shims
- Generic black seat post
- Generic black saddle (shaped like a Charge Spoon)
I also have a Revelate Frame Bag that was designed to fit the bike perfectly...it's got some wear and tear and isn't in London right now, but could have that in London by Monday if interested.
A few notes:
- Front rack is included in the sale, but not the rear rack or mudguard (as depicted in one of the photos)
- There is some paint missing from the seat tube/down tube from using the frame bag for an extended tour. Hence, the low price.
- I think the price is fair and I'm not willing to move on it.
- Not splitting either.
- Collection in either Hackney in the evenings or Camden during the day
Any questions give me a shout!
- Hand-built (by me)

Nothing on PedalRoom I'm afraid, but here's the review of the frame I wrote for bikepacking.com:

I was actually just going to post this bike in the classifieds today, but the weather is pretty bad right now for current photos.

Hi,
I have nearly all the parts, but need the frame!
Looking for a 56cm steel cross/touring/adventure/whatever you call it bike. Quick release dropouts mandatory, disc brakes mandatory, threaded BB preferred.
Really, the ultimate would be a Surly Straggler in the original paint scheme, "Glitter Dreams". Mmm... how nice lots of polished silver components would be on that... Or, a Soma Wolverine in the orange colourway, but one that won't snap at the dropout!

It's with great reluctance that I part with this bike. I'll be travelling for a while and it doesn't really make sense to keep this one as most of my travel will see me on roads rather than tracks.
I can assure you it's an amazing ride and absolutely bomber as a bikepacking mountain bike. The level of detail on the frame and fork is really high - Bombtrack obviously know what they're doing.
I've attached some photos here (including some from a 2-week trip in Spain), but note that the bike will come with the original flat bar and not the Jones bar as pictured:
https://photos.app.goo.gl/oXe8TccLw3lt8KOk2
All other notable details can be found on Bonbtrack's website: nothing has changed between my 2017 model and the 2018 model other than the paint (as far as I can tell).
Everything is in great condition except for a tire upgrade. The bike is running 27.5 X 3" WTB Rangers already set up tubeless - I've attached a photo to show the clearance with these tires, which there is still tons. The only noticeable wear was from a handlebar pack I had been running on the front, which wore away the paint slightly. I put some strong clear tape on the head tube to prevent further wear.
I've only had the bike for a year and have done a few short overnighters and one bigger two week trip in Spain, so not much mileage on the bike at all.
Asking £800, viewing/pickup in Clapton E5 in the evening or Camden NW1 during the day.

As you can see from the photos, they're in very good shape (thought slightly dusty). The bags are a perfect fit for the cages and the straps thread perfectly through both.
I've found the cages available for £34 each and the bags for £31 each online.
Happy to do the whole lot for £60 or to post at cost.
Pickup is in Clapton E5 or Camden NW1.

Dang - gotta have those gumwalls!
@MCamb has the Roamers and Mudguards dibs'ed. Still waiting a day or so to see if anyone's interested in the lot, which takes precedence.

All tires sold in pairs.
- WTB Trailblazers 27.5 x 2.8": Came on my Bombtrack Beyond Plus, less than 200km on them. £30.
- Kenda Honey Badger Sport 29 x 2.2: Wire bead. Decent tread left. £10.
- Maxxis Roamer 700c x 42c: Wire bead. Decent tread left. £10.
- Velo Orange Zeppelin 700c x 60mm stainless steel mudguards. A bit bashed up from trying to massage into place for fitting some 29 x 2.35" Big Apples (it worked, but barely). Comes with various bits of hardware but I couldn't be bothered to fish it out of my toolbox at the time. £20.
Very keen to do the whole lot for £50! - this would certainly take precedence over any dibs for single items (that is, unless you dibs the whole lot - is that allowed? I hope that's allowed.).
Pick up in Clapton, E5.

@Diamond_Supercool Glad to see you're getting to work on it! By the way, I contacted my old housemate and I'm afraid he does not have the key for the lock.
Best of luck with the project.

Thanks, @853Superfly ! I'm not too sure of the rim size. I actually just had a look, and it's not a rod brake, but some kind of weird rod-operated drum brake. So I suppose a modern 27" rim and tire could potentially work, the brake just looks like it will be a bit of work.

Not sure of the model, but I know it's an original Gazelle, probably from sometime in the 70s.
The front wheel was crushed in an accident a few years ago and just never got around the rebuilding the wheel. The main issue is that it uses rod brakes, and rims for those are a bit difficult to find!
Otherwise, loads of original features, including original Brooks Saddle, drum/rod brakes, dynamo hub and light, chain case, built in lock, full-bike kickstand, etc.
Happy to let it go for £30 if you think that's reasonable. Local pickup only, Clapton E5.
