It has deep wear marks to the head tube. Downtube rub from a pump and on the underside of the downtube the cable guide failed allowing the gear cable to score in to the metal. The headset is also rough and will need replacing.
But the good news is £40 and it’s yours

Could you explain the crack you mentioned?
Is it the frame, seatpost or seattube?

Front is a Shimano dynamo hub, rear is an Alfine 8 speed internal hub gear.
Hub spacing is 100mm front and 135mm rear
Includes Alfine shifter and vertical drop out mounting nuts
Brake rotors included
Tyres and tubes also included but are a starting to perish on the sidewalls
They run true and are in generally good condition

I think the poor quality tool is more the problem than the campagnolo parts. Although ultra torque is a much better design
