If it’s a brake pad isn’t it a exposed bolt rather than a grub screw?

An “easy out” would be the best thing. They are reverse threaded and will cut in to the grub stew and allow you to extract it.
Or if you don’t want to spend out on them you can use a T head of a similar dive to the Allen key,Tao it in with a hammer and hope it grips

I have a pair of gxp 172.5 110bcd red22 cranks (no rings) and I want to swap them fits pair of force in either 170 or 172.5
I’m running 1x and the red doesn’t give the correct chainline, I need the version with removable spider
