All done! Handling on this is nuts as expected, extremely divey and pretty twitchy which makes the whole thing feel off because of how casual the rest of the geo is, more weight slows the front end down which actually makes the handling a lot better. Wanting dumb wide bars for stability and a fender for the back then it'll be pretty much "done".

Haven't ridden this build yet as I'm waiting on parts to swap out the headset, but going off the bike it was on last it's probably gonna be a weird but manageable ride.
As for where the fork came from, it's a DIY job done by one of the YVR messengers AFAIK. He took an old surly fork, chopped off the steerer and welded a 1" threadless crown and steerer on top of the whole thing so it could be run on his track bike. Pic is from the guy I bought it off.

Marinoni Corsa on a weird mix of bits. I definetly want to change the cranks and probably the saddle, pedals & brifters at some point, but other builds are taking priority.
